All wholesale orders must be placed a minimum of one week before desired ship date. Minimum order $100.00. Handling fee of $25 on orders under $100.00.

Shipping

Shipping: Allow 2-3 days from ship date for arrival of plant material. Our staff can estimate the cost of shipping and handling for you. All products ship FOB Tualatin, Oregon.

Carrier Providers: Fed Ex 2-3 day, UPS Ground, Priority Mail,Common Carrier.

Customer Pick-up: Orders may be picked up at our nursery. Please specify date of pick-up when ordering.

Canadian Shipments: Add $35.00 to process certificates and paperwork for export.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations or changes must be made at least one week prior to ship date to avoid a 20% restocking fee. If plant substitutions of equal or better value are acceptable, please indicate in the appropriate space on the order form.

Payment terms: Unless credit has been established, orders must be prepaid with check, money order or Visa / Master Card / Discover. Please make checks payable to Hughes Water Gardens. Sorry No COD's.

Credit Account: Credit terms are Net 30 days. A 1.5% per month (18% per annum) finance charge will be added to all past due accounts. To request a credit application call (503)638-1004.

Returns: All plants leave our premises in top condition. Should you have any problems with plant materials, we require notification within 7 days of delivery. Do not return plants without authorization.
